I didn’t eat breakfast. had some beef pot roast for lunch, just ate a couple of dove dark chocolate

Had great day yesterday! Went to church, then bike riding and went swimming at pool with Carole, Olivia, and Lemuel then eat at Bj’s

Just waking up, having this new fiber pop tart for breakfast then going to Tech day at Neotropolis
